I reached out to them to rent time on one of the lasers while planning various DIY elements for my wedding, and Jess was extremely helpful every step of the way. She helped make sure all the files I was going to use were formatted correctly ahead of my appointment so that all the paid time would actually be able to be used on the laser instead of troubleshooting files.
