Not worth your buck – I had been going to American laser for the past 3 years. I have not seen the results I was expecting. While most of my unwanted hair is gone - it is not completely gone. I had taken up another year treatment session when I wasn't seeing results. The American Laser Center employee had given so much hope that all it would take is another round of treatments but I have not seen it. I'm really disappointed with this place. I will NOT RECOMMEND!
Different name same awful place – This is the same awful place known as American Laser Center. They are awful with their treatments and always try to cheat and steal to make their numbers. I spent over $4000 in this awful place and have had no results. This is the worst laser hair removal place ever. BUYER BEWARE!
Love this Location!!! – I have been going to the American Laser Centers Houston Galleria location now for about 7 months! I started out speaking with Epris (clinic manager) about doing something small. She was wonderful! So, I ended up purchasing my under arms for a great price and its a 2 year contract!! Wonderful Service – I have been going to American Laser Center for over a year now. Started at the Fondren location with laser hair removal in 2 places along with vela shaping and foto-facial followed by micro-dermabrasions. The hair removal is going slow so I am glad that it is a 2 year plan. The foto-facial has worked well on my face and I am constantly being complimented on how well my face looks. Vella treatments give results – I've gotten the vellashape treatments on the front and back of my legs. The circumference of my legs has decreased significantly. It's fun to fit into smaller clothes again!
Awful! – During one of the hair removal sessions the machine they used burned my legs badly in several spots. I went in and spoke with the manager whose only suggestion was for me to buy a cream to prevent scarring. At that time I requested, both verbally AND in writing, for them to release my treatment chart to me. Several months of repeated requests still didn't resolve things. I attempted to report them to the BBB but couldn't since their main office is not in Texas.
Houston's Best Laser Center: American Laser Center-Galeria – Awesome experience!!! I'm in the process of doing hair removal on my legs and also the vela treatments, I have received excellent results with both. Great Results - Ahhhh the freedom! – I love the results I've had! The staff is really helpful with customizing a package that works best for you individually, so you get the most for your money. Personally, I think Anisha is the best. She's funny and polite, and goes above and beyond to give great customer service. I tell my friends that it's changed my life.....there's a lot more freedom when you don't have to worry about whether or not you've shaved your legs :)
