Worst customer service ever!! They make mistake due to not having enough keys in stock instead of charging 3.95 per key for 10 keys they charge almost $14 per key for only the 6 keys they had. Wouldn't it make sense to call and say we don't have 10 at that price instead we only have 6 at 4 times more expensive. Instead we call and they say they don't have time to waste on this they say for us to pay shipping than they can give us 15% discount on the 6 keys This is ridiculous they don't even care!! #ripoff# always a few keys ... read more
American key supply is a ripoff!! I specifically ordered 10 keys at $3.95 each to get the discount and they sent me 6 keys at $14.00 each. When i contacted them they said they only had 6 in stock. I can pay for shipping and get a 15% discount only on the mistake they made. This is ridiculous that this company is willing to lose a longtime customer for a few dollars. I can't really say how their service is I passed the authorization and could send them further documentation for this but they won't authorize my account nor will they respond to my emails on this.
