My son has had an incredibly positive experience at this karate studio. Not only has he had fitness and defense training but he also has learned values like self-discipline , focus and commitment. The instructors are dedicated and very knowledgable.We are very happy!
Joined AKS last year with my two adult sons. I will enroll in Medicare this August. Thru AKS, I have never been so flexible, focused, aware, and appreciative of Life. Friendships in abundance. My second church. A physical complement to anyone's chosen spirituality.
