My daughter is a patient at Dr. Gilbert's office. She has been going there for years. The office manager Rose, who went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation was extremely helpful, understanding, and truly showed her care and compassion for us. I am very grateful that she took time to do everything she could to help my daughter. Thank you Rose, you're AMAZING!!
The pharmacist call him for wrong written script from Dr Gilbert he started yelling at her because it was his day off and my son needed his medication had a stroke 32 years old so the doctor cares about his day of not about the patient very disappointed
I found Dr. Gilbert and his clinic to be very professional and thorough in their care.
I recently visited this office with my mother, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with medical staff. The office staff were shockingly rude and outright disrespectful the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. In particular, the office manager (whose name I believe was “Rose”) was incredibly dismissive and unkind toward my mother simply because she doesn’t speak much English.
