Excellent customer service
Dr Gilbert and the office staff are very kind and welcoming. He has excellent bedside manner and you can tell he really cares for his patients . I feel extremely comfortable going to this practice and that’s important for me to have a sense of calmness because neurological conditions can be scary . I am glad I accidentally stumbled upon him during an Inpatient hospital stay.
I was very offended when I had a follow up with Dr. Gilbert. First, they wanted me to talk to his assist and I said no because he told me he would come up with a treatment plan. I had to wait an extra week before i could get my results.I was excited because the pain I have daily is taking a tow on me. But I'm trying to stay positive. My daughter is a patient at Dr. Gilbert's office. She has been going there for years. The office manager Rose, who went above and beyond to help us with a difficult situation was extremely helpful, understanding, and truly showed her care and compassion for us. I am very grateful that she took time to do everything she could to help my daughter. Thank you Rose, you're AMAZING!!
The pharmacist call him for wrong written script from Dr Gilbert he started yelling at her because it was his day off and my son needed his medication had a stroke 32 years old so the doctor cares about his day of not about the patient very disappointed
