I am giving AI an overall of 5 stars because the communication was easy and I walked away with the car I wanted. Paul and his staff are extremely friendly, trustworthy, and fair. The only few things I would have changed are things I probably could have changed.. I left with 40 miles to empty. I thought the lot attendant came and got the keys to (hopefully) fill the tank, it that didn't happen.
