Just had a great experience meeting their technician Rudy today. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, but he's also a really nice guy and a pleasure to work with! I'm so glad I found this company. My situation was a little tricky, but Rudy was able to find a solution that fit within my budget. I'd definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.
Completely incompetent. Misdiagnosed unit multiple times. Unwilling to listen. Horrible customer service. Hostile. Don't waste your money as you will have to go elsewhere eventually.
This is our second time with American HVAC. They had previously replaced our 25 year old furnace and we had a great experience back then. This time, Rudy did a great job with diagnosis and gave us options to get things working efficiently. He was very professional in his approach and was not pushy with anything. Scheduling was quick too.
Rudy has been servicing our properties for years providing top notch responsiveness and thorough explanations, the latest being the repair of a 27 year old furnace in the middle of winter. I am fortunate to have contracted with American HVAC and been the recipient of solid service from Rudy
