The apartment was not cleaned. I was offered a cleaning service that included cleaning the cabinets, walls, stove, and other areas. When I received the apartment back after the service, everything was still the same. I had previously cleaned the apartment myself, although I had not left it perfectly clean, and none of the areas that were supposed to be cleaned were actually cleaned. The only things they did were spray air freshener and vacuum the carpet. They even left the floors stained and did not mop them.

I requested a cleaning service. I was told that the cabinets, walls, stove, and other areas would be cleaned. However, when the service was completed, they had only vacuumed and added air freshener to the apartment. I noticed because I intentionally left some cabinets with dust, and after the cleaning service, they were still exactly the same, and the walls still had stains.
