I've tried several other companies, but I continue to come back to American Housekeeping. I don't have to worry about something not being cleaned. I am so happy with their service.
American Housekeeping are friendly and very efficient! They do an Amazing housekeeping job!! My home always sparkles after they leave!! The personnel at hard working, honest, and so fun to invite them into my home!
I wanted to like them, but everything about working with them has been awful. 1. I spoke to someone on the phone before the service and spoke multiple times about needing my walls cleaned. At no point was I told this wasn't a service they provided. I went into the service expecting a deep clean with my walls cleaned. They did not provide that. When I spoke to someone on the phone they admitted that it was their fault and then didn't offer any compensation. I was only looking for like a 5% refund or my walls to be cleaned. Th... read more
