I was happy with the cleanliness of my property. I do have several complaints related to it being an AirBnB house. 1) like a hotel room guaranteed check-in is 4. The crew arrived at 3. At 4 I was informed I needed to pay $60 more dollars to finish cleaning. 2) they left the linens in the house until the next day when I double checked with them. If I’d had guests arriving , it would have been an awkward problem with dirty linens lying around. 3) they did not restock the towels or reline a bathroom garbage can. The soap dispen... read more
My first impression of the crew as they walked in was that they were stressed about finishing in time. Several times I asked them to relax and not worry. It was very stressful for me to see them running around and hurrying. At the end I did not know what was done. I think the problem is the pressure they felt.
The ladies always do an amazing job! They are great
The 2 ladies who came were on time, which was wonderful. They did an exceptional job! When doing the walk through, we looked at all of the normal little things that might get missed and they got them all…even the bathroom fan cover. I NEVER remember that when I’m cleaning my own bathroom! We are so very pleased with the service from the first meeting for the quote to the actual day of the cleaning! What a wonderful experience! We will DEFINITELY be using them again!
I've been using American Housekeeping for several years now. My experience with them has been fantastic! They do an excellent job cleaning each and every time. They are also very reliable and on time whenever they come. I would definitely recommend them.
