Website is buggy and not at all intuitive. Order was placed but no confirmation email was ever received...
Bought sheets from American Hotel Register after watching Hotel Impossible. We did not pick out a cheap kind, they were suppose to be better quality. However, what we received was just junk. Thin and felt like paper. I talked with a Claudia afterwards and she said she was going to send out return labels and credit our account (we washed two pairs hoping they would improve, yet didn't) for the unused/unwashed ones.
