I bought my property in Gig Harbor from Roger. He was polite and professional and really funny, too. It is was an overall easy and pain-free experience. He took care of everything. All I did was look at the property and sign my name and it was mine. Now I have 2 acres of beautiful, wooded property that I built my house on and I love coming home to it everyday. Thanks, Roger!
I wish that I could give them a -50. I've never in my life been treated and talked to so disrespectful! Roger is completely controlled by his MONSTER of a wife. This woman is unprofessional and ugly on the inside and out. She robbed me out of my deposit even though I gave notice and returned the apartment cleaner than when I moved in. When I moved in the place was disgusting! Horrid smoke damage, mold, and filth. In my closet my clothes would smell like smoke because the carpet under them was smoke damaged.
