Pamela Hudson provided me with excellent customer service. She helped me access the home I was renting, and she stayed on the phone call with me to walk me through some critical information. She pointed out that I needed to closely look at the connection for the dryer to determine if t was gas or electric. She was the first rep after speaking to numerous reps that helped me in the capacity, no one else mentioned the connection.
