Kalei Malic went above and beyond and answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner. i also spoke with amy and brittany and they were both wonderful, i cannot wait to move into my new home.
Jimmy was fantastic! He was kind and efficient and the problem was solved within minutes! We had Jimmy again for a dish washer problem and when he noticed our front door wasn’t working correctly, he just voluntarily fixed it. Very kind man!
The maintenance man Jimmy has been the best part of our experience with amh. Not that any part of amh is bad, Jimmy has gone above and beyond expectations, communicating, arriving when expected, and doing quality work in our new home. Thank you so much Jimmy!
