I needed a house to move into quickly for me and my children. The rental process was smooth and effective. My experience there was amazing and everyone I dealt with was nice and helpful. We moved out and we had the same experience. Everyone was super nice and such an easy process. Thank you AMH!
***UPDATE*** Still no one reached out and they took all my deposit and pro rated rent they indeed did not look into this or reach out in a timely manner like they claimed they would…… do better AMH It’s really easy to get ahold of someone when trying to rent the homes here but once you have moved out it’s almost impossible to get a response in a timely manner. Dahpne was such a pleasure to work with!!! Very knowledgeable & answered every question!!! Helped setup & find a house for our family. Also setup the tour for us to view. She was by my side the entire way!!! I don't think this would've been possible without her help!!! I can't thank you enough!!!
Kalei Malic went above and beyond and answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner. i also spoke with amy and brittany and they were both wonderful, i cannot wait to move into my new home.
Jimmy was fantastic! He was kind and efficient and the problem was solved within minutes! We had Jimmy again for a dish washer problem and when he noticed our front door wasn’t working correctly, he just voluntarily fixed it. Very kind man!
