Currently a tenant.... from the application process was fast and home is beautiful!!!!
Chris came in and fixed all three problems I had in just about an hour! He was kind, willing to explain how to prevent the problems in the future and very efficient! We now have a working fire place, a fixed closet door and clean filtration! Thank you Chris!
Overall a great experience, a huge amount of thanks goes to Anna, Branden, and Daniel for the help they have provided. Branden and Daniel especially for an amazing move out experience and the willingness to work with me when life threw some things at me to get things moved out. These three and Caitlyn ( no longer works there ) made things go very smoothly. They have a great team here!!!

American Homes is great, we’ve been renting with them since 2018. Whenever we have an issue maintenance is quick to get it fixed.
