Jimmy was great, showed up on time. Was pleasant and took care of all of our issues. Tested all of the results with me to make sure they were truly resolved.
I spoke with Property Manager, James Grubbs to follow up on an open work order request that I had not received communication on. James quickly escalated the request and 15 minutes later we received communication from the vendor for the urgent repairs. Much appreciated, James!

We have been renting from AMH for about 5 months and have nothing but positive experiences with them. We have had to put a couple maintenance requests in and they are always quick to respond and get here to fix what needs fixed. Everyone has always been nice. The last guy out was Jimmy and he was great and fixed our shower valve quick! Thank you AMH!
