Nick was amazing! He came to fix several appliances & other issues that have been an issue the over 24 months we have rented here. He took his time @ explained everything. AMH and their tenants are lucky to have him!!!

The service was great! He addressed all concerns reported and went above and beyond with assisting with other small concerns throughout the home that haven’t seemed to concerning but are a relief to have done. Extremely kind and even showed us how to fix the garbage disposal in the future ourselves.
