This company is terrible at responding. We had a water leak and took 3 days and 20 phone calls to resolve. We also have a broken closet door, unable to open and going on 2 months and not fixed. Property Manager Tonya Cates-Troxler tcatestroxler@ah4r.com will not respond to emails...terrible service!
