Called to ask a question this morning about different hospital mattresses and the lady who assisted was not very helpful. She was very short with answers when asked if she could suggest the best kind or how I can find a good quality mattress. This lady could have cost the company some money if I was going to purchase from there. I changed my mind quickly after the lack of knowledge she had and the unwillingness to help. We definitely could use better customer service in this world!
They are great My husband is in Asheboro and he forgot a part of his sleep mask at home, they helped him so now he can sleep . Thank you so much 😊
