This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First off, they charge your insurance company twice the price of a CPAP machine. After your insurance pays, you still owe what you could have purchased one online for. Then they refuse to file with all your insurance companies. I have 2 BCBS policies and a supplement policy. I have ask over and over for the to file with my supplement policy. They don’t do it, they just keep sending a bill. I was warned about them before I went to them but didn’t heed the warning. Customer Service is terrible. Choose another company for your oxygen need, they could care less about the customer.
Wait, wait, call, and wait some more. For six months, they have never yet delivered oxygen as promised! Oh yes, we WILL be checking out another source. Cancelling an outing today because delivery was promised my husband TWICE, we are about finished. And, no, phone calls don't help .
I recently had a wonderful experience at American Home Patient in Montgomery, Alabama, on Taylor Road. April, the respiratory therapist, was incredibly kind and professional when assisting me with my new CPAP machine. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with my new equipment.
