Imagine a company in business that never answers its phone!
They never followed through on my order and called me a month later and still didn't have their act together. They told me their company policy did not allow them to contact my doctors office directly. It's a big bureaucracy apparently, with offices all over the country, impossible to get through to the local office. Long waits on hold. Very dissatisfied, I fired them.
Will never use these incompetent people ever .......gave them a 1star because I couldn't give em any lower
Called multiple times, never got through. Always put on hold for 20+ minutes. Finally had to physically go in there.
Called got a recording that rivals any big non service giving corporation. Never did get through. I don't think anyone works there.
