Very unhappy with the fact this company believes it is ok to "change their formularies" and not supply the proper canola their patients need!! We will be discussing other companies we can use for mom's oxygen needs with her doctors asap. I am understanding now why their ratings are so scrappy
The first contact at the office was top notch. My Mom's wheelchair was delivered yesterday. The driver showed us the basics of use. When she tried to sit in the wheelchair it was small and quite heavy. Her doctor ordered a lightweight wheelchair for her. I call to explain and the office staff that answered was short, snippy and rude. I told her as much. They don’t carry the item we need and could’ve told the doctor that. Instead we go through hoops for something my Mom needs now.
Very rude and unprofessional office staff. They tried their best to complicate a very simple process. Additional training would be very beneficial for the office staff at this location.
