The first contact at the office was top notch. My Mom's wheelchair was delivered yesterday. The driver showed us the basics of use. When she tried to sit in the wheelchair it was small and quite heavy. Her doctor ordered a lightweight wheelchair for her. I call to explain and the office staff that answered was short, snippy and rude. I told her as much. They don’t carry the item we need and could’ve told the doctor that. Instead we go through hoops for something my Mom needs now.
Very rude and unprofessional office staff. They tried their best to complicate a very simple process. Additional training would be very beneficial for the office staff at this location.

Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Tried calling them today to set up new service, but after I get into their menu system is disconnects my call. I am fed up with Apria Healthcare and looking for an alternative.
