Fitted for a CPAP machine and given instruction. Great appointment, super nice, completely informative, patience galore with my inane questions. They should be the standard of how personal/customer relations should be held.

The impression, good or bad, one gains with a large company like AH usually comes down to the interaction with one person. My recent contacts have included the purchase of two new CPAPs, one each for my wife and me, and the testing out and selecting of a new mask for my wife (hers was no longer doing the job).
