If they had a zero star rating, they would get it. My husband has had so many issues with this company. He has received the wrong products and been charged for them. They are often rude. They charged him for a CPAP machine that he has already paid for. He has spent countless hours trying to clear up billing issues. His tubing recently broke, and he didn't have a backup because they have continually sent him the wrong one. He had to sleep last night without his CPAP, and we are glad he woke up today.
If there was any way to leave a review of less than one, I would. Here is my feedback: When you visit, they are nice and cordial. Fitting the equipment went fine, and getting the equipment was simple. They even suggested if I have any problems, that I should call the number and they would help in any way they could. For example, they said, if the mask doesn't fit well or if I have trouble, I should call in. A few weeks later, I called and asked for help.
