It took time,but they are great now, once a really nice lady from the office delivered my oxygen on her own time due to a problem!!!! I am grateful.... So people give them a chance and you try to be kind to them as they are doing their best.... yelling and being rude is not the answer, I believe. Merry Christmas

If I could give a zero I would. How is a person supposed to be on oxygen but it’s never delivered each week on time
Wish I could give a thumbs down and no stars choice. They're absolutely the worst company by far. So unprofessional. Their excuse for not delivering my order of oxygen which I've called several times about to ask why they've not delivered it or called me back, I was told it's because of covid spiking and there's so many new cases coming home from the hospital that need oxygen.
