Horrible attention from Jim, he was rude
I have had this service for a month now, and not once was my oxygen delivered on the day it was scheduled. I have to practically beg for my oxygen. I put in the order..give 48 hrs notice..then have to call several times on the day to confirm they are coming..and they never show. One time, they came out at 8pm....another 11pm! Once, they delivered 2 EMPTY tanks!! I will be looking for another provider soon.
Not even a 1 star, so I call for services lady said someone will be here in next few hours, I’m still waiting the tanks runs out of oxygen I call this lady answer with no spirit of work, I said the tank just run out of oxygen I’m in really needs of it she grabbed my phone and info stated that someone will call me and then after 7 min someone called me saying the rudest way in the whole world that if it not an emergency there’s nothing he can do, so I guess I has to be dying for them to take care of patients and deliver the t... read more
