Good customer service is non-existent! I have been waiting on my oxygen tanks to be replenished for well over a week now. I used the last one at my doctor's appointment on Monday (they were supposed to deliver the new ones the Friday before). So, the oxygen delivery guy called me Friday NIGHT, at 10mins til 10PM 😡, saying that he would deliver my tanks tomorrow, Saturday (now, yesterday). Now, here it is, 10mins to 8pm, MANY ignored calls to the delivery driver later, and I STILL DON'T HAVE ANY OXYGEN TANKS. I can't leave m... read more
Worse place, never use them. I’ve been a nurse for 18 years and ordered a c pap before Christmas because I met my deductible, they didn’t order it until after the holidays and wanted me to pay in full. The receptionist hung up on me, rudest and most incompetent people to work with. And yes I made sure my doctor knows and not to refer people to them. I will also make sure others in the medical community are aware of this too.
#americanhomepatient My mother has been DEAD since April 13, 2017. We still CANNOT get an answer about what to do with her oxygen Concentrator. I have called numerous times trying to get an answer. I'm always promised a CALL BACK, but it never happens. This just adds insult to the injury of the customer disservice we were dealt over the years we cared for her.
