I called to cancel my home warranty agreement before I sold the house - was told contract was expiring - then I was charged for 7 months for a home warranty! Get ready to wait on hold and wait for "parts" once they do send someone out to look at your problem. It can take weeks and multiple follow ups = persistence is key.

I would give the company minus stars. This company is a total rip off. You pay monthly premiums for years and when you have an issue with your covered appliance or systems the company comes up with a generic statement like abuse or misuse of whatever it is. If it's your refrigerator, plumbing, even furnace, the company denies the claim citing abuse or misuse even though it advertises it covers abuse or misuse. AHS should be reported to the Attorney General.

Not sure how they respond to a service call since we could never get the billing correct. How can they be trusted when they can't even figure out how quarterly billing works! Kept trying to bill four months and could not understand that four into 12 is three? They also did not properly enter payments. Website site showed I was three payments ahead and they still wanted more money!!!
