I was recommended to Collin by my realtor and being my first home buying experience and I didn't know much. Collin was very aloof and was not timely in his communications which resulted in my mortgage rates being much higher. He doesn't seem to really care about getting his clients the best rates and almost seem disinterested. I Learned my lesson to shop around, compare rates and mortgage advisors. Really hate leaving bad review but it was a terrible experience that was costly.

American Home Funding was wonderful to work with for our recent home loan. Ryan Swearingen and John Clayton were our loan officers and were both fantastic. From the beginning, Ryan was great with communication, presenting all of our options clearly. Both were available throughout the process to answer our questions, follow-up on any paperwork, and keep us informed of the timeline. We will definitely be reaching out to them for any future needs, as well as recommending them to family and friends.

We sold our house last year before we actually found a replacement home to move into. Our buyers were agreeable to lease back to us for an extended period while we continued our search for a new home. After a few weeks we made an offer on a place but the deal fell apart after an unfavorable inspection.
