Zero Stars Customer service is horrible. Elaine is probably the most unprofessional and rudest person I have come across in years. When speaking to them and seeking to understand, I was insulted and told I have clouded memories when I was speaking to them addressing their invoice and using their terminology. Do not use them. Customers do not come first and clearly they are just in for their overpriced services $$. Please avoid, and check out Yelp for other reviews

I was merely trying to understand the claim and insulted along the way by both her and the tech Shane ** ************** should be taking a hard look at his staff as they are representing his company in a negative light (see yelp reviews).
