We were referred to them by **********************************, scheduled the first consult within 5 business days. A technician came and asked my daughter to sign the paper, told her he will have to order the parts and just left and not giving any other info. I called the office and asked when is the parts expected to be available, lady said 5-7 business days. Horrible customer service. Had 5 (yes, FIVE) techs from the company try and repair my dishwasher over the course of 5 weeks. The issue is not fixed and I cannot get answers from them. They cannot agree what the issue is.

This was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I spoke with Elaine on a few different occasions after my Samsung fridge and ice maker started acting up. She was SO helpful and friendly She answered all my questions and was a joy to work with. She was able to send a tech out to fix my issue the very next morning. The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. He diagnosed the issue right away and was able to fix it in no time. We were referred to the company through our Sears Home Warranty the first tech from another company didn't follow through. Shane explained everything he was doing and told me what to expect. Not only that, but he was kind and patient with me and my questions. He told me how the ice maker and the time on the dryer work. I want him as our technical guy. I had an issue with my Samsung freezer around Christmas time 2020. I called American Home Appliance to see if someone could come out asap as i had a lot of breast milk in my freezer that was misplaced due to it not working. Elaine was quick to set up an appointment to have someone come take a look at it the next day. Mike came out wearing a mask and booties and was able to diagnose the problem right away. Terrible customer service and very bad technician. The technician came over to check my dryer, after about five minutes he wanted to leave because he said he heard no noise coming out from my dryer, I asked him to please stay and described the squeaky noise, then he was visually frustrated, I asked him if I could put a load of clothes in the dryer in an attempt to replicate the noise and he said "OK" with an attitude. This company was a 3rd party company used with Sears through our Maintenance agreement. On 12/28/20 a technician by the name of Shane came to our home and spent 10 minutes and claimed we had a switch stuck and said it was fixed charged $130. The next day it was still not working. I called and was told I needed to place another service order. Showed up on 1/7 and claimed we needed parts and charged another $130. On 1/18 showed with the parts and now claimed we needed to call a plumber to fix the shut off valve. Another charge... read more

In January 2021, a service man can to look at my LG Range, This guy suggested that I throw my 7yrs old rang out, because no parts available, I needed a part for F11 code, I found this part on line the same day, and my range is working fine, the igniter went bad, I replaced it myself. This guy was on the phone talking about some trip, RUDE if you ask me. I wish I could give a 0 rating. I was glad to give him the 89.00 to let him go on his way.

I was referred to American Home Appliance through my Sears Home Warranty. Elise was great to work with, she even called my phone even though it wasn't my number on the order ticket and Danny was great and super professional when he came out. They squeezed me in 2 days before Christmas so that I could get my washing machine looked at... I will definitely be requesting them if I have any future appliance calls.
