His pricing is reasonable, in my opinion, no hidden charges. We are very pleased with how the roofing looks and feel we have peace of mind. Called Francisco last week for estimate on leak from range hood in kitchen and another roof flashing that was in need of work. Emmanuel was here in a few hours with estimate and helped me tarp the area leaking until they could repair. Very much appreciated this because another storm came that night. 2 days later Emmanuel did repair himself of everything we talked about including new flashing, color matching shingles and paint on flashing. We had a pretty bad roof leak that caused us to need a quick repair as this is when we were getting heavy rains. The owner Fransisco came out the same day I called (in the rain) and covered the leaking areas to not cause further damage to the inside of our home. Christmas eve night 2025 water started pouring down from the top of a door jam--on an inside door. Francisco came out and quickly identified the problem area on the roof where the leak was. He took the time to carefully tarp that area, to prevent further damage. Then he coordinated the solar panel contractors to remove the panels, and the roofing crew to do the repair, and then to have the solar contractors re-install the panels.
