I had three roofing companies give me estimates. The product that Javier Chavez uses was the only Silicone-product with a REAL 30 Year warranty. Be sure to investigate this when you are going to repair your roof. Javier and his workers started and completed the job in six days. Xavier, the owner, is one if the most ethical, hard working contractors I have worked with in 30 years of developing real estate. He went above and beyond in insuring the roof was cleaned properly, seams waterproofed, primed and coated with high quality coating. No corners cut, even with weather delays. The coating qualified for the DWP rebate as well. I highly recommend American High Tech Roof Coatings and have done so to all my colleagues looking for a roof coating contractor.

Great company reroofed my tile roof to install solar then returned and placed tiles to match the rest of the roof. Work was great and done on time. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Prices were competitive too.

I am the president of our HOA for our 8 townhouse building in Santa Monica. We had a history of leaks in the building and it was time to do something about it.
