I am the president of our HOA for our 8 townhouse building in Santa Monica. We had a history of leaks in the building and it was time to do something about it. We considered replacing the roof entirely but it was just too expensive! So I looked into doing a silicone coating instead. I received a total of 3 quotes. I have a commercial building in North Hollywood with 10,000 sq ft flat roof. We did some roof repairs in past, but with the rains California was getting the roof was still leaking.
