There's not many roofing contractors that do flat roofs, let alone specialize in flat roofing. Javier and team are clearly very experienced and knows their trade well. Javier and his team are great. A couple years ago our HOA voted to coat the roof of our building (a condominium built in the 1980’s with a history of terrible roof leaks). Since that silicon coating, our units stay warm and dry. We used to get 3-4 leaks all around our unit during the rainy season, but now we don’t need to worry about the heavy rains. We had a very minor leak just recently with the last downpour and Javier came back to patch it for free. He and his team are friendly and work quickly! Highly recommended!

Javier and his team came to our building to fully seal our roof and they did an outstanding job. After years of having leaks during each rain season the leaks have fully been resolved and we saved a lot compared to ripping our entire roof up. Thanks to Javier and his team for their great work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for silicon roof coatings.

I had three roofing companies give me estimates. The product that Javier Chavez uses was the only Silicone-product with a REAL 30 Year warranty. Be sure to investigate this when you are going to repair your roof. Javier and his workers started and completed the job in six days. American High Tech Roof Coatings Inc. has an excellent, informative YouTube video explaining the waterproof coating process. Javier, the owner, was easy to work with. His employees worked hard to get our commercial roof coated in the timeframe promised.
