Really bad on communication with I apply for a House and I got approve I schedule a showing 3 different time and they aways cancel I call more them 20 time multiple gmails and and the end they talk me that they rent the house to someone with out giving the chances to see the houses
This company is extremely strict on their end of lease notification. During the July 4th weekend, my son-in-law gave notice that they would be vacating the rental property on August 31, 2024. They submitted an email stating this on July 7, 2024. That is 59 days notice. Their lease said they must give 60 days. They asked if the penalty of one month rent could be waived.
