Do not lease thru this company they are a scam. We had to pay the security deposit in order to reserve the place without signing a lease. and we were told we could chose another one of their properties if owned by same investor so we decided to change and she would not apply that security deposit to it and then we just decided to take the original place and she said no it's off the market bc someone else reserved it. I go on their own website and I see both still available I will be suing. this company is out to steal money ... read more
0 Star...for NOT having control over their Haitian tenants, who rent for 1family and then have 8 people living there. Disrespectul. People do not make effort to keep their surroundings clean. They rent out the houses and then rent out the houses and then rent out the houses and then rent out rooms,and every 2 month a different person lives there.
Do NOT, I repeat do NOT use this credit union. They make paying your bill impossible. They’ll lock you out of your account and their customer service line is awful. You will regularly wait having 30+ callers ahead of you, the robot that talks to you has no idea what you are saying and makes you repeat everything multiple times. Once you finally talk to a representative, they never have the ability to assist you with what you need, even if it’s as simple as paying toward a loan. Place is a scam , they’ll kno you won’t be able to complete an app but still goes on about it for the 45$ Fee. They email you once a week if you’re lucky , they never answer the phone the list just goes on. Don’t waste your time or money
