We are coming to the end of the first year of renting with AHPM. Even with the issues this year that delayed things in general, we have received only good responses when dealing with the company. Any maintenance issues were seen to quickly. We have had no problems with management and our property is in a lovely neighborhood. I'm not really sure why there are so many negative reviews on here but I would highly recommend them of you're looking to rent. We hope to remain tenants here for many years to come.
you wouldnt buy something from amazon with a rating this low. you should not rent from somewhere that has a rating this low either. i learned the hard way. they will raise your rent every year and yes even during a global pandemic with 40 million people out of work. they will raise your rent. they are very unprofessional. they will say you are on a month to month lease but actually you are on a two month lease. if you make the mistake and rent from them, when you decide to leave it is a nightmare. avoid. avoid avoid. horribl... read more
I have applied for an apartment a week ago now and have yet to be in contact with the property manager again. I spoke to her a week ago and I have been calling every day for an update on my application status. I've even left messages and called the main office and nobody there was able to help me besides sending her an email. Don't bother wasting $35 for an application fee since they will just take it and never contact you again.
Went through 3 land lords in less than 6 months, and it took forever to get maintenance out to fix our neighbors leaking toilet.
