Awful for tenants As a former tenant of AHP, I would not recommend them. It was obvious they didn't do anything to make the property move-in ready (and they had at least 2-3 weeks where the property was empty before we moved in). On their own pre-move in inspection, several areas were listed as "dirty" by their own inspector. They were supposed to do touch-up paint before we moved in (as stated in our agreement). What we found were dirty handprints on the walls, and areas that may have had touch up paint which was haphazardl... read more
