American Heritage built our Jefferson w/bonus room 17 years ago. I’d say for the most part we’ve been pleased. I realize no builder is perfect. I would suggest if you build with them get things fixed correctly instead of allowing them to bandaid things together. We’ve had an exterior door issue since we moved in causing Strait and Lamp (contractor) to make several adjustments, replace glass, replace panels, reset, caulk, etc. on numerous occasions. My husband and I just finished building our first home together and we couldn't be more happier with the way it turned out! American Heritage nailed our ideas and made them come alive! From the moment we walked in to their office, till they left us with our keys we had an amazing adventure building our forever home! Thank you American Heritage for everything!!!!!
Moved into our home in November and can't be more satisfied. This was such a smooth process from the initial meeting with Teri to on site with Chris and Curtis! We have a solid built, beautiful home and would highly recommend American Heritage Homes!
