Can't get ahold of anyone it took rick 3 months to answer a email. Creditor sends inaccurate mail and incorrect statements. Would give zero stars if I could absolutely worthless i will be refinancing 100% Update: While the response from the bank is cute, if they were really concerned about how they treat their customers they would reach out themselves, as stated in original review. Ive sent emails in the past.
