We have been dealing with this company on line and through video confences. My brother in-law purchased a Mazda (2022) through AHCU. He unfortunately passed away from cancer in December. His sister (my wife) spoke with an attorney before he passed and we had everything set so she can take possession of the vehicle before he passed. Great customer service very clean
I had an auto loan for several years. I had auto paying at an accelerated rate and was 6 months ahead. I then find out that the payments all of a sudden weren’t being processed. I then reached out and they said the payments were being returned because my account info was wrong and the issue was on my end. Nothing changed on my end, it was the same account for a few years with no issues. They said I was unable to pay electronically since this payment issue happened several times.
