Our newly constructed custom home had low cfm flow in the Guest Bedroom. After contacting American (who had designed and constructed the HVAC system) about the issue, they promptly sent out a very experienced technician (Dennis) who diagnosed the problem and then scheduled a return visit about a week later to make a modification to the duct routing which has resolved the issue. Since the house is still under warranty and it was an installation issue, the service was free of charge.
