Dennis did an awesome job. I have an older unit and he dived right in to it and diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He was very professional and customer service oriented. Great company!

I can't say enough good things about the people at American Heating. They came when they said they would. They did what they pledged to do. They followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Even when I had additional questions, they returned my calls within minutes. Great company. Would recommend them unconditionally

Cody and staff were very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job at a fair and honest price. Scheduling appointments was easy, and their office staff was excellent.

So, I am giving them a 5 start simply because the owner, Sam made the situation right. I called because I had no heat, they worked me in that afternoon and the guy that came out, he had a good idea of the problem but I think he may have second guessed himself. He got the Heat running and it was fine. However, the following evening, the issue started again. American Heating and Air I by far the best AC heating company in the mountains of North Georgia and North Carolina!!.. the owner Sam is awesome and his crew including Cody and Daniel are amazing.. they always go the extra mile too makes sure every problem is solved.. I can’t recommend this company enough.. So please call them bc you won’t be disappointed!!
