My AC was having problems this morning. I called American heating and air-conditioning and Mike answered and came over within a few hours after I called and was very professional and kind. Definitely recommend.
Quick, timely, and professional. Gentleman showed up exactly when he said he’d arrive and was not only professional and courteous, but also informative. Took the time to explain what to be aware of going forward for future issues since I have an older unit, but did not try to upsell or recommend unneeded repairs when he easily could have given the circumstance. Could not recommend this company more!
Highly recommend. Mike is responsive, trustworthy and reasonably priced. He has exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions.
