It was ok. There were people talking loudly in the hallway during my hearing test so I'm not sure of the accuracy of the test results. It was a bit distracting. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.
They have taken excellent care of me. Both the front office staff and the audiologist are knowledgeable and caring.
