Dr beerbower has been taking care of my health,he cares,and if u need some extra time with him, he's patient....all around wonderful people
They have been fantastic so far. I've seen 2 of the providers there and both were kind and attentive. They seem to actually listen which is rare. I'll update if anything changes but so far I am happy with my care.
My doctor is attentive and addresses most of my concerns. However, the administrative staff has not been accommodating. After completing my first appointment, I was told to return in 2 months for a physical and fasting. I scheduled the appointment for September 26th and received an appointment card. I was just seen today for a separate issue and went to confirm my upcoming appointment. I was told that it did not exist, so I went to my car and grabbed the appointment card. My last review of this place. I was sick with white lung pneumonia when they wouldn’t see me. Nor write me a doctors note since they needed to SEE me and BILL me to get a note, even though I had already gotten confirmation of my condition from an immediate care that saw me 3 times while I awaited a note and to be talked to by the doctor at this facility. I had no way to go and see them because I was so sickly, and they aren’t open when I am not at work. My life depends on my paycheck. On another note, the last time I went in... read more
