Me and my kids go here. Always get in quickly and never any issues.
Somehow my appointment with my family doctor was cancelled without my knowledge! I showed up for my appointment and the rude receptionist told me that I canceled my appointment, which was a total untruth and my Dr. was booked up until September. This was in early JUNE. My doctor is very good and I really like Dr. Drew Bright and his staff. However I have nothing GOOD to say about the receptionist staff. The receptionist that I talked to needs to be released. She is not fit to be dealing with the public!
I don't want to say anything good because he's already really popular, but can all doctors try to be like Dr. Drew Bright please? He's the first doctor I've ever had that actually uses his ears and everything between them! I 100% trust him. The P.A.'s and Nurse Practitioners are fantastic as well! They're very personable and relatable!
They have acted as though I'm trying to do something bad at every turn. They over emphasized that they don't prescribe pain medication. I've been a patient at the Franklin location for 6 years and never once asked for pain medication and certainly wasnt going to. They told me, in a very confrontational way, they don't prescribe thyroid medication for weight loss. I NEVER ONCE asked for that. I moved here recently from Arizona and looked for a good doctor in Indiana. I am so happy I found Optum Primary Care. I originally had a Doctor Who left the facility and then was given Dr. Camrie Green. She was so compassionate and wonderful and listened to my medical history carefully. She didn’t hesitate to keep me on the medication I had been on for 35 years. It was such a relief for me.
