Don’t come here! It is just a revolving door of healthcare “professionals”. I had 3 healthcare providers over the course of two years. Due to Firings/Resignations. Once your healthcare provider has quit, they will put you on the back burner for a new doctor. My healthcare provider left back in early July, and they were not able to get me in to see a new provider until November. The staff Refused to refill my prescription until I saw the new provider. Many years seeing Doctor Bright and staff! NP Karen Kinney is the best she helped get my diabetes under control and my weight, bp, along with general heath is so much better !
I had a very positive experience at Optum Healthcare in Whiteland. In October 2025 I went to get some blood work done. I called the office and Erica scheduled me an appointment that same morning. Angie, the phlebotomist was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was in and out of their office within 10 minutes. I grade them A+! Keep up the good work.
