I have been a patient of American Health Network for many years, well before they becamee Optum. Always fine with the care I have recieved. Although the front desk reception staff have had all emotion, compassion and personality drained out of them. They are obviously the gate keepers and policy enforcement team. They reluctantly greet you from behind their computer monitor. Barely engage you and are only concerned with their need to recite policy to you and collect money. BUT today was much worse.
