Staff and front desk were pleasant, professional, timely and competent, but billing practices are exploitative. They collect payments in full on date of service even when insurance covers the amount in full, and have a policy of not refunding the initial payment for 60 days. I called immediately after realizing insurance paid the claim (within days of the procedure), but had to call multiple times over several weeks before they refunded my payment.
I was actually anxious going in for the test. But, immediately felt comfortable when I got there! The Front office staff was nice & the MRI Tech was very personable!! If I ever have to have any other test and they are able to do them I world def go back!! 👍
The lady who did my exam was phenomenal. She explained everything in detail,ask my favorite artist and had her music playing.. she is the best
Quick and efficient to say the least
The front office staff, and Heather and Beth (the technicians), gave me excellent service twice! I was able to get appointments within a few days. Very efficient and friendly! Highly recommend this facility.
