Front staff is excellent. But the team doesn’t represent the rest of the process. BUYER BEWARE! If you need imaging with contrast - go anywhere but here. It’s not worth saving money if you leave with black and blue arms, and still didn’t get the test done. Not to mention their site says results available in 48 hours. I called to learn why my doctor had not received my non- contrast results and was told I had to wait FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. Do the math, 48 hours is TWO DAYS, not 5. There is no escalation process until AFTER 5 biz... read more
