From my initial contact, to my arrival at the facility, to my imaging and departure, the entire staff was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They also had the utmost pleasant and friendly demeanor. Great experience!!!
The customer service and kindness of the employees here is so incredible! Every single time I’ve called, each person who answers is so nice, upbeat and eager to help in any way. I’m a Nurse and realize how busy they are, yet they take time with each and every person and treat everyone so well. I cannot recommend this imaging practice enough! Bravo staff!
The service was quick- I did not have to wait weeks to schedule an MRI. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
