AHW has been a great asset in giving me confidence and the drive to sticking with my healthy routine. The videos really keep you motivated and I love the group participation in the online AHW community.
I changed jobs last year and the new company uses AHW. I've been really pleased with their services. They've really helped with insurance questions and issues I've run into and their health workshops are short, sweet, and helpful. I like that you can choose which ones to participate in and pick the date/time that works for you. I've even won Amazon gift cards by participating in the online workshops. Sweet!

I was introduced to this company as a new employee of American College of Education. I absolutely LOVE what they provide. I have joined in many of the wellness online sessions and have even won a few gift cards for participating. The information they give you is the latest and most accurate and everything seems to be research-based. They provide handouts which you can download and keep for reference. The ones running the progrm really care about you as an individual and I feel like I know them, too!
I have participated in a couple of the wellness webinars and have found the information so relevant and helpful.
