I was introduced to this company as a new employee of American College of Education. I absolutely LOVE what they provide. I have joined in many of the wellness online sessions and have even won a few gift cards for participating. The information they give you is the latest and most accurate and everything seems to be research-based. They provide handouts which you can download and keep for reference. The ones running the progrm really care about you as an individual and I feel like I know them, too!
I have participated in a couple of the wellness webinars and have found the information so relevant and helpful.

The Wellness Team fosters a non-judgmental group while also helping with personal accountability for wellness. They are people just like us, and give their downfalls during their own personal progress. The community is very uplifting and I enjoy attending the sessions, and I have made some significant changes as well.
Lots of valuable information. The ladies are always so encouraging and helpful. Many great resources as well. It is pretty hard to fail if you stick with them and the program.
