I felt sorry for one of the Chefs that has been in the Cafe about a year. I heard a Superior Chef speak to him unkindly (not the 1st time). This salad Chef, that fills in for & trains all the new people they are promoting but refuses to promote him, has a Masters degree from the top Culinary school yet I am watching all these new kids get promoted around him. The 2 lowest positions are being held by people of Color. 2025 folks, Are we still doing that? It is sad to watch.
