Love love LOVE this place. Innovative and delicious menu that changes with the seasons. Fresh ingredients, local sources, inspired and delicious food. Every server I have had has been attentive and fantastic. Drinks are on POINT, always tasty no matter what I'm in the mood for. I get the charred carrots every time I go, they are my FAVORITE. You won't go wrong choosing AHE, that I can promise. You can really tell how much love and thought Jordan and Aurora give to this restaurant. I could happily eat here every day

I order a perfect 5:7 drink but it was watered down, the steak was pretty good but a little grisly. Overall pretty good. The mashed sweet potato was delicious
Wow! We discovered this place when looking through the "visit Springfield" magazine, and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Fresh, unique ingredients prepared in innovative ways, and inexpensive for the quality of the food and drinks. And the cocktail menu...my word it was hard to decide which one to get! We liked it so much for lunch that we went back again the same night for dinner
