My first review was based on my assement of what I was visually looking at, at the time. I won’t go in to All the details but will make it brief and factual. And will include the pictures that I sent to Justin after I discovered. 1: American handyman ( also known as Just In Time Painting) sublets his work. When I spoke of Dylan I thought he worked for Justin. He does not. When I messaged Justin with the pictures of the problem he at first he was surprised and apologetic. Pleasantly surprised. I was reluctant to hire someone solely based on reviews, but after the timely response and willingness to work with me I went ahead. Very glad I did. Dylan showed up precisely on time and was so polite and respectful. Took the time to ask me questions before proceeding with anything if he had any doubts. Was able to reach out to Justin to answer any questions I had also. I will be doing some additional work with him in the future
I have used this business several times. Very responsive to calls and texts. From big projects to small, I would highly recommend.
