Cher (Cheridan) was great! I got a mid taper and layers on curly hair. Very rare to find a barber that can do both fades and layers

I booked an appointment today and I showed him a picture of what I usually get and I told him exactly how I wanted it. And unfortunately he did the backside good but the front where I ain’t gave him the most instruction on what I wanted. Did not come out at all how I wanted. I don't often leave reviews, and when I do, I usually take my sweet time to do so. However, I felt the need to begin typing this comment as I walked out the front door. This was my first haircut from American Haircuts, and it was absolutely incredible. The staff are amicable, and it's clear that they take pride in their work. Not only are they skilled, but they're great conversationalists. Jolie absolutely killed it, and I guarantee that I'll be coming back again. If you need a haircut in Atlanta, this is the place to go!

I encountered an issue where I was turned away despite having an appointment. However, the general manager promptly addressed the situation and resolved it satisfactorily. I highly recommend this establishment, as it is uncommon for a business to rectify issues with such swiftness.
