Best gym!! My boyfriend and I just joined this gym 2 months ago and we’re addicted. We train 5-6 times a week. The instructors and trainers are awesome!! Every class I am challenged and pushed to new limits. I love the environment and positive atmosphere. Everyone is at different levels but everyone is working hard. Instructors can tell when your really putting in effort and they care about your growth and they will take the extra time to help correct your form or go over a combo with you to see you improve. Awesome gym. Got everything you need! You gotta try a boxing class you'll love it.
My kids 6 and 8 just signed up for the boxing class and the instructor couldn't be nicer and so good with kids. My boys absolutely love it and have such a great time! Plenty of water breaks and the instructor spends time with the kids to make sure they are doing it right. There's a lot of advanced kids who help out as well and they are sweet and kind to the kids. We are so happy to join American gym!
