Stayed from Tuesday to Friday and LOVED it! Because it's a b&b, they have special instructions for arriving late (past 9). My flight was already going to get in later and then was delayed an hour. I was worried about being able to get to the room ok, but it was SO easy. Great communication from AGH. I was in for a conference that served breakfast the first two days, but I went downstairs for the breakfast on the third day and it was wonderful. This was an amazing concierge type of experience: central location, friendly home environment, with privacy as needed. The host was amazing and had a wealth of information. Easy access to Metro as well. The breakfast was great that really helped kick off the day. I am so happy I found this place and will be definitely staying here in the future. You guys did a great job and I will be seeing you soon. Sincere gratitude for having me as your guest.

I stayed at the American Guest House during a recent convention in DC, and I’ve got to say, it was such a great find! The location couldn’t have been better – just a quick hop to the convention center and easy access to everything you need. But honestly, what made it special was the vibe. It’s cozy, welcoming, and felt like staying at a friend’s place.
