Worst customer service. I ordered a gift certificate in Dec and still haven't recieved it. None of my emails have been answered. None of my voicemails have been returned. I've called at least 20 times and have never been able to reach anyone.
horrible customer service ive called over 15 times trying to find out where my order is i bought golf balls for my sons birthday the birthday has come and gone and no golf balls no one answers the phone no one responds to email this company has the worst customer service!

Vista Valencia range is constantly running out of golf balls. Many other courses have similar deal, Knollwood has unlimited balls, yet this one is constantly short on balls with picker running only from time to time!
NYC Courses are overpriced and overbooked.....guess demand is high enough over the season. If it wasnt super convinient, would rarely play the local courses they run. It is confusing how they charge full price ($75) for a round in the winter and the course is empty?!?!
