I ordered a gift card in March -- never got it. Email, Phone call, Facebook - NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. SCAM.
IF you have a city owned golf course, and WANT it managed by a large company, AND want it ran into the ground to be a shadow of its past brilliance- call these guys. They have truly turned the historic NYC courses into what basically amounts to land fills in waiting. I challenge you to play any of the AGC courses here and find a tee box with actual grass on it, a bunker without river rocks to destroy your wedges (newsflash- they're supposed to be filled with sand), a fairway without large dead patches of turf, or a green tha... read more
This association does not give you an update on when they will open. There are a lot of golf courses in the Bay Area that area open to public. Where is American Golf Association. They don't even return phone calls..
Your communication with your Players Club members needs much improvement!!! So, I am assuming you will be charging us even though the courses have been closed for a month? The only recent notice was that dues are going up 2 bucks a month!!!

Driving by a local gold course and I see golfers out. Given theses times right now, you should be closed for the safety of your employees and their families.
Where to start. The experience I had today was awful. I tried to call for a tee time at Lakewood and no one picked up the phone for 30 minutes. I called Eldorado and they hung up on me twice before I got through. Then they gave me a tee time in the wrong month which we caught. So I get to Lakewood and pay and then go to order a breakfast sandwich to go and the cook has disappeared. I’m the only customer! Bad luck? My fault? Bad customer service ? Seriously, they should be kicked out of Long Beach! they get you to join Player's club and lure you in with supposedly free bucket of range balls for a monthly fee. Guess what??? at Heartwell, the range ball machine always never works, or the ball picker is broken or there is no one to pick or clean range balls. Horrible horrible management!
