Wow- what an awesome experience for my daughter- and myself and my mom! It was our first experience with American Girl and it didn’t disappoint! My daughter had a BLAST celebrating her birthday during afternoon tea and Willa got a new hair do. The staff is extremely attentive and so sweet. No less than 6 people greeted us and offered help. The 2 hour drive to Columbus was well worth the experience and seeing the GIANT smile on my daughter’s face! Thank you!!!!
Overall it was a great experience as my daughter was happy, however it’s a bit underwhelming after visiting the NYC store so many times.
My daughter and I enjoyed the visit. Drove up from Lexington KY to purchase her 2nd doll. Really think the company should open a store in Lexington.
Went to the Columbus location, from the moment we walked into the store nothing but helpful,kind employees. Made a trip to the bistro as well the staff in there was excellent also! Special shout out to Miranda.... who helped me keep special gifts hidden so my daughter did not see😁 Absolutely love this store. My visit was yesterday December 16th
The staff at the American Girl Bistro were so kind. They make each girl feel special. Enjoyed my time there an extra bonus was the food is good too.
